Today is GOA CAN HOMESCHOOL's 15th anniversary. Yippee!  We officially began homeschooling only in Oct 2011 as our youngest son Daniel was born premature and we had to concentrate on him. The three homeschooled siblings got firsthand training in how to manage a tiny baby.  Only child not homeschooled was Kirsten.  Today Mr Ashish Kadam  has taken over the water valve work from Mrs Parween. He switched on at 7.35 am and I switched off at 9.30 am.  I will switch on at 11 am and he will switch off at 12 noon.  So far in two hours at half throttle, three units have been used.  Yday it was 447.  Christopher MFC is conducting LBS at Paliye at Gaylene's place. I asked if he could pick me up as I have no transport. He'll see if Colenso can help.  1 pm Ashish did not switch off the valve at 12 noon as he said he would. I switched off at 12.45 pm.  So far, I have only used the oven to warm up my coffee. Waiting for the fridge to exit. Hopeful...

As they are not in residence and have not paid maintenance arrears since 2016, and from what I am told, the garages do not belong legally to anyone. They were allotted at random and there's controversy regarding them. Original land belongs to the builder Bharat Mori who was trying to build a private residence there. Members objected and the matter was settled in building favour. If anyone has legal rights, you need to show it. I think that we can allow T4 to use it temporarily till T8 can prove legal ownership. T4 has to first show legal ownership of his flat. I have seen his papers but they don't look complete. Once he submits all documents, we can meet with him to discuss other matters.   Today is the feast of ST. VINCENT DE PAUL. He is known for his works of charity. That's why we have the parish association Society of SVP.  Today, I went to check the sump tank water level before switching on the water valve. It was half full and the pump was off. So, I didn't SWITCH ON. I'll go after an hour to check again.  As I was going to the pump area, I saw the compound lights on of both wings. Imagine that! So I penned a post to the building group: Requesting members exiting from the building between 6-7 am to SWITCH OFF. The switch is on the wall as you exit. It is separate from the staircase ones. WING A  WING B Mrs Joanne Bassi sent me some pictures of their visit to the shrine of St Jean de Breduf.   This blog has been in utero for so long, I cannot believe that I am  finally doing it.   Let me explain. When I was a teenager, I used to write down everything I did into my personal diaries. I'd use foolscap books for this. On their pages, I would vent my frustrations and celebrate my achievements. I got to be myself in those vitriolic expressions of my angst.  Years later, a few years into marriage, I destroyed those books. I tried, albeit unsuccessfully, to return to 'logging' my life but somehow it never really took off.  Even now, I start this blog with the feeling that I may not remember to chronicle like I used to.
