[9/28, 21:25] AURIEL RIBEIRO SA: The discarded garage belongs to T8. As they are not in residence and have not paid maintenance arrears since 2016, and from what I am told, the garages do not belong legally to anyone. They were allotted at random and there's controversy regarding them. Original land belongs to the builder Bharat Mori who was trying to build a private residence there. Members objected and the matter was settled in building favour. If anyone has legal rights, you need to show it. I think that we can allow T4 to use it temporarily till T8 can prove legal ownership. T4 has to first show legal ownership of his flat. I have seen his papers but they don't look complete. Once he submits all documents, we can meet with him to discuss other matters.

Please be present on time. If quorum of 50% not there, the meeting will be carried out at 8 pm with members present. If less than 25% present, the meeting will be postponed to 19 October 2025.
AOB: Please submit these points to be discussed 48 hours before the meeting. No AOB will be entertained at the meeting without prior notice.
