Today is GOA CAN HOMESCHOOL's 15th anniversary. Yippee! 

We officially began homeschooling only in Oct 2011 as our youngest son Daniel was born premature and we had to concentrate on him. The three homeschooled siblings got firsthand training in how to manage a tiny baby. 

Only child not homeschooled was Kirsten. 

Today Mr Ashish Kadam has taken over the water valve work from Mrs Parween. He switched on at 7.35 am and I switched off at 9.30 am. I will switch on at 11 am and he will switch off at 12 noon. So far in two hours at half throttle, three units have been used. 

Yday it was 447. 

Christopher MFC is conducting LBS at Paliye at Gaylene's place. I asked if he could pick me up as I have no transport. He'll see if Colenso can help. 

1 pm

Ashish did not switch off the valve at 12 noon as he said he would. I switched off at 12.45 pm. 

So far, I have only used the oven to warm up my coffee. Waiting for the fridge to exit. Hopefully this weekend. Bryan sent me a video on Charlie Kirk done by Basil Rodrigues of Unapologetic Catholic. He wanted his contact number so I asked Christopher for it and sent him. I think he might want him to talk to the prayer group. 


5.30 pm

 I switched on the valve for an hour since sump was half full. Meter reading was 


I sent my tithe and Aaron's to the Bangalore Seat today. I have put tem as third beneficiary in SBI account.

  This blog has been in utero for so long, I cannot believe that I am  finally doing it.   Let me explain. When I was a teenager, I used to write down everything I did into my personal diaries. I'd use foolscap books for this. On their pages, I would vent my frustrations and celebrate my achievements. I got to be myself in those vitriolic expressions of my angst.  Years later, a few years into marriage, I destroyed those books.   Finally spoke to Fr Francis about our family issues and he has said that the community wants that our children not be present at the table when they are eating. I've told Aaron and Daniel to stop. Kirsten's situation is more complicated so he has to go and speak separately. I've told him to do that asap. I've also told Glenn that he has to take the initiative to speak with Fr Francis.

  9.30 am Went for Mass with Aaron for his birthday. We had to go to Mapusa as Bastora church wa closed. We kept the bike at the car wash area as Aaron still hasn't got his driving licence.  I am going to call Dr Edison now as see if he can help me to get Rio rehomed on a farm. I earnestly hope he will be able to help. God willing. Don't want the poor chap to die because of his chasing bikes.  Put valve on. Took video of meter to show it's working.
